Adam Gross is CEO and co-founder of HarmonEyes, a division of RightEye. Adam has a 25+ year entrepreneurial career and is a veteran of three start-up success stories, most recently in healthcare consulting.

At HarmonEyes, Adam has led the commercialization and go-to-market for several eye-tracking products that have become a standard in eye care, neurorehabilitation, professional sports, and military. He leads a team of world-class experts in eye-tracking science and data, and eye-tracking data science and AI.

The impetus behind Adam’s passion for HarmonEyes is a commitment he and his co-founder (Dr. Melissa Hunfalvay) made in 2012: to utilize eye-tracking software to maximize the potential and improve the lives of as many people as possible around the world.
