Dr. Triton Ong
Triton combines behavior science and video games to fight loneliness and despair. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Florida, where he studied Behavior Analysis for health, co-founded the telehealth-focused Behavioral Health and Technology Research Clinic, and collaborated on research using VR to humanize experiences in the intensive care unit. He publishes peer-reviewed research on telehealth and supports the evidence-based focus of doxy.me solutions at doxy.me. He is currently co-leading development of Doxy.me VR for immersive telehealth, in collaboration with Lucid Reality Labs and with grant funding from the National Institute of Mental Health. As Science Lead at doxy.me, he partners with researchers and developers on grant-funded projects for doxy.me’s mission to make telehealth for everyone.
