Santosh Mohan

Advocate Health

Santosh Mohan leads the innovation ecosystem at Advocate Health, harnessing emerging technologies to build new ventures, drive strategic partnerships, and deliver impact. He previously served as the Vice President of Digital Innovation at Moffitt Cancer Center and co-founded CancerX, the nation's first oncology focused tech accelerator to boost innovation in cancer care.

Prior to Moffitt, Mohan served as the Managing Director of the Innovation Hub at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he led digital transformation through the use, development, evaluation and commercialization of innovative digital health solutions. His earlier work on advancing technology enabled innovation for providers and patients includes product development at Oracle Health (Cerner), platform partnerships at athenahealth, and management consulting at The Advisory Board Company and Stanford Health Care.

Mohan holds a master’s degree in clinical informatics from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics from Vellore Institute of Technology in India. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) and a member of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA). He is a senior member and fellow of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
